|September 11, 2020||The Court has extended the Temporary Restraining Order (ECF No. 42, entered on July 28, 2020) through September 11, 2020, to allow additional time for the parties to engage in settlement negotiations regarding the scope of the preliminary injunction requested by the Securities and Exchange Commission, which was the subject of the hearing before the Court on August 18 and August 21, 2020. See ECF No. 206, Paperless Order entered on August 29, 2020.
* Note: All of the Defendants have consented to the entry of a preliminary injunction. As a result, the Court will not be issuing an Order with findings of fact and conclusions of law based on the arguments presented to the Court during the preliminary injunction hearing.
Now that the preliminary injunction has been resolved, the parties have filed a joint scheduling report (See DE 261 – Joint Scheduling Report). Next, the Court will enter a Scheduling Order that establishes a trial date and other pretrial deadlines.
