As you may be aware, I am a Court-appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) over various entities, including Complete Business Solutions Group, Inc. d/b/a Par Funding; Full Spectrum Processing, Inc.; ABetterFinancialPlan.com LLC d/b/a A Better Financial Plan (collectively, the “Receivership Entities”). As the Receiver, the Court has charged me with controlling and administering these Receivership Entities. 

I have engaged an operations consulting and financial advisory firm, Development Specialists, Inc., to assist me in: (a) reviewing and analyzing the financial records of the Receivership Entities; (b) conducting financial analysis and forensic accounting services; and (c) assessing the ongoing operations of the Receivership Entities and providing input and guidance regarding the management and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the Receivership Entities, including efforts to collect on accounts receivable and to maximize recovery for investors.  You can learn more about DSI at the following link: https://dsiconsulting.com/
